Chi Kung

I fell in love with Chi Kung because, through movements, meditations, breathing, sound healing, and self-massage, we learn to cultivate and nourish our vital energy. We move energy through movement, breath, and intention.

We learn to become aware of our energy, which is the abundance that lives at our center. We reconnect with the natural world, often a connection lost, and expand our consciousness, realizing that we are part of a whole, moving away from the idea of "separation" that so deeply affects us as human beings.

According to Taoism, we are constantly fighting against the flow of nature, and in doing so, we are fighting against ourselves.

Chi Kung may help with: Asthma, arthritis, cardiovascular diseases, chronic fatigue, migraines, stress, depression, anxiety, etc.
